9/12/2023 0 Comments Scout and nimble reviewsIt would be an easy thing for them to be both. The disappointment is in that the system doesn't appreciate that more often than not, a Broker is often also a Buyer, an Attorney often dabbles as a Developer. We changed those to be subcategories of the lead type which we also customized. We have no use for "Hot Lead" we're not sales people, we're a capital source for the real estate world. its engaging but we don't use a lot of the features.ġ) Like I said we do appreciate the simplicity but the biggest disappointment / the thing that would make the system a slam dunk for us if improved is simply the dropdown customization for contact categorizations. We like the simplicity, browser plug in is really interesting. Whatever its shortcomings, its much easier to use than our old system which was designed by a company called blue robin. Also, it took me a while to get familiar with all its features and functionality.Ĭomments: We spent a good amount of time investigating our options and so with whatever drawbacks, we are still happy with our investment in nimble. In this sense, I think there could be more customization options available to users. Nimble offers a wide range of features, sometimes I find myself needing to customize certain aspects of the software to fully tailor it to specific needs. This has made it much easier to keep track of my client relationships and has improved my ability to provide personalized service. I can quickly access contact details, interaction history, pending activities, and relevant notes. It allows me to centralize all the information related to my clients in one place. Nimble is exceptional at managing contacts. Its intuitive and friendly interface allows anyone, even without advanced technical knowledge, to take full advantage of all its features. This functionality has improved internal communication and increased the effectiveness of our joint commercial actions.įrom the first moment I started using Nimble, I was amazed at how easy it was to use. In addition, it facilitates team collaboration by allowing all members to access the same contact database and share information transparently. This has allowed me to dedicate more time to strategic and growth activities. Thanks to its ability to centralize information and automate repetitive tasks, I can keep track of my contacts and pending tasks more efficiently. Customer care was so exceptional I plan to purchase from them again - the manufacturer who made both pieces sells furniture through most major retailers, and I've had delays and/or damage with other pieces (from them and various other manufacturers) via other retailers, but I've heard little to nothing about ETAs, whereas Diana and Hayley in customer care personally, proactively and creatively worked with me to handle the claims however was best for me.Comments: Nimble has been a real godsend in terms of saving time. But it was a great experience, especially compared to other retailers I've ordered from for my new home. At first I was fine waiting, but one got further delayed to at least 6 months out, and waiting for the other turned out not to work for me. Two items for my office were damaged during shipping, and both are now back ordered until next year, as is pretty common during this time. Metro (the delivery) company stopped responding after I sent them the estimates for the repairs. Nor has there been any "compensatory actions" - The delivery company that brought the wrong pieces did over a thousand dollars worth of damage to my door, door frame (the door frame was hit so hard with the couch legs that it needs replacement now) and floors. Furthermore, this situation is still unresolved after being informed they found me a replacement couch nearly two months ago. Per Bernhardt corporate Scout and Nimble ordered the wrong piece for the couch. Update: In response to Scout and Nimbles comment below. This entire experience has been second rate. Clearly carrying the cushions by themselves takes too much time. Instead they preferred to slam half the sectional into my door frame a few times, scuff my floors dragging the pieces around, and run their nails through the soft leather cushion defacing them. When the truck arrived with the pieces prior to even opening the boxes I asked them to verify the pieces were correct. Which is blatantly untrue as I verified this myself with Berhardt prior to ordering. I call in to inform them they delivered two left pieces, only to be told "Berhardt doesn't make a right piece" to the sectional. Waited two months, just to receive two left pieces to the sectional. Verified numerous times the correct pieces were ordered. Ordered a $5000 Bernhardt sectional couch with Scout and Nimble with the aid of their customer service.
